Joe Vance, beloved husband of the late Noreen (Lees) Vance, loving father of Kelly of Bobcaygeon, Kevin of Bancroft and the late Brad, loving grandfather of Jessica, Jill, Joshua, Johnathon, Lily, Clara and Laura, great grandfather of Gracie, Grayson and Madison, dear brother of Jack & Judy Vance of Baptiste, George & Marilyn Vance of Elginburg and late Jim and Lynda, brother in law of June Vance of Bancroft and Jim Peters of Bancroft. Joe will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews and by his many friends and colleagues.
