Irvin Whyte, beloved husband of Helen Dyer-Whyte, loving father of Sheila & John of Bancroft, Irvin of Bancroft, Gayle & Travis of Tweed, stepfather of Hazel Whyte's seven children and stepfather of Lynne & Mike of Renfrew, loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Irvin is survived by his siblings: David & Coreen of Bancroft, Edward & Susan of Chelmsford, Murray of Maynooth, Penny of Bancroft, Dean of Peterborough, Doris of Belleville and Gordon & Marg of Peterborough. Irvin was predeceased by his parents, James Clifford Whyte and Barbara Viola Cooney and by his siblings, Marie and Betty. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews and their families. He will be remembered for his woodworking skills, his love of old country music and playing the guitar, fishing and his dedication to his AA family.
