The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Yvonne Osmond can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Yvonne Shirley Osmond

Yvonne (Lee) Osmond, beloved wife of the late Fred Osmond, loving mother of Debbie Hunt of Bancroft, Brad & Holly Osmond of Edmonton, Lee & Sherry Osmond of Bancroft and the late Scott, loving grandmother of Deanna, Julia, Callan, Todd, Shane, Tyler, Jamie, Tara and Keegan and great grandmother of Riley, Brady, Kameron, Kayla, Emma, Neeca and Cameron, and also lovingly remembered by Heather Pattinson and the rest of the extended family. Yvonne was also predeceased by her son in law, Jim and by her sister, Marjorie. Yvonne was born in Hamilton on July 22, 1938 to Alan Lee and Isabel Spence. Following her marriage to Fred, they relocated to Bancroft and made their home here while raising their family. Yvonne loved to swim, crochet, draw and colour. Her failing health required a move to Hastings Centennial Manor where she remained until her passing.
